This is a great vintage industrial army desk.  Lots of cool

details like a hard rubber 'chemistry lab' style top that mechanically raises,

a built-in ashtray and nice fabric lined drawers.  Army green steel

with raw steel feet, pulls, and edge banding.

This is the classic 'Planner Group' coffee table made by the 

Winchendon Furniture Co designed by Paul McCobb.  The 'Planner Group' series

was one of the best selling modern furniture lines of the 1950's.

McCobb is one of Americas best examples of functional and simplistic

furniture...the foundation of the mid-century modern movement.
